Consulting and Service Program (PROSPEK) - FIELD Indonesia Foundation

PROSPEK is a part of the FIELD Indonesia Foundation program. It offers consulting and services in the fields of agriculture, forestry, democracy, environmental health, policy, education, and leadership to enhance the capacity of communities and institutions at national and international levels.

PROSPEK's vision is to provide consulting and services to enhance democracy, welfare, and environmental health in farming/rural communities.

Its mission is to offer consulting and services to create a balanced environmental ecosystem and a decent life for farming/rural communities; strengthen the knowledge and skills of farming/rural communities through participatory education, action research, and organizational network strengthening; and improve the quality of government and private sector services for the community.

PROSPEK provides consulting and services for human resource development through education and training in fields such as: Climate Change, Leadership, Organic Farming, Biodiversity Development, Agroforestry Development, Livelihood Development, System of Rice Intensification (SRI), Clean Water Supply and Watershed Management (DAS), Community Economic Development through Credit Union, Participatory Action Research, Community Organizing and Advocacy, Environmental Education for Children, Gender, Strategic Planning, Program Design Development, Community Media Development, Telling Our Story, Institutional Management and Financial Strengthening, Program Report Preparation, Monitoring and Evaluation Strengthening, Technical Assistance to maintain program activity quality (Quality Control), Assistance to build community and stakeholder participation/Networking, Participatory Research for Development Planning and Community Capacity Building.
